Subject: Life After Prison

Thank you for focusing on rehabilitation of prisoners (12/11/06). But could you point out that revisionist judges have declared "unconstitutional" the most effective programs to prevent recidivism? (See http://www.demossnewspond.com/ifi/releases/EarlyStmtIowaVerdict060306.htm and http://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2006/august/10.72.html ) It is all because they are faith-based and due to the "establishment clause" having been successfully hijacked to rid the public square of religion. The Founders would be appalled!
