A reader thinks that if pro-lifers do not protest the new conceal and carry law they will have revealed themselves to be hypocrites ("A New Issue For Pro-lifers" April 30.) As a pediatrician and a pro-lifer, I do not like guns and consider them a hazard for families. But I think the reader neglected to mention that if pro-choicers do not APPLAUD the new law, THEY will have revealed themselves to be hypocritical. After all, they consider it to be a matter of simple choice to terminate another human life.
