Finding my Way

In my perplexity amidst the complexity
I cannot see
A way through this maze in front of me.
But I know deep down in my soul
That God understands the way I feel
And He promises to show me where to go
One little step at a time.
I hear people shouting
And scolding me for standing here in a state of shock.
But God sees right into my heart
And He can search it out
To let me know what thoughts reveal
If I do not trust and honor Him.
So here I stand
Though I want to run and hide from the world outside.
But I know God has it all figured out
And all my shame and dismay
Is washed away
By His grace which is sufficient for me
Which makes me strong
Giving me a song
As I carry on
And live to show
This wonderful God I know!
