Lord, You have lifted me up
out of the heap of shame and futility
You shined Your Light on me
and showed me
that true beauty comes from
the Light of Your Love inside of me
It defies what this world
defines as admirable
And You led me away
into the land of Freedom
and bestowed upon me the privilege
of being a minister of reconciliation
Yes, I hear Your call
and I run to You, Your arms open wide
My joy is complete
There is nothing I lack
For Your promise remains
that You will supply all that I need
and will complete the work
You started in me
