Masterpiece

When my head is to the ground
and I am wailing so loud
I can barely hear God say to me
You are an unfinished work of art
and trust Me
I know what I have in mind
It is meant to bring glory to My Name
You don’t know quite how
but yield to Me
and let Me show you
what I want you to do
because I am the One Who’s in control
and I will never let you go!
Don’t look around and compare yourself
You’re meant to be an original design
Don’t worry about the misshapen parts
It’s all a part of the amazing finished product I have in mind
Be still, take heart
You are held in My hands
Be glad, rejoice
for My promise remains
You are My masterpiece
